One pub, one platform

Every format. And your own screen ads.

Swap formats on the night or run a different one each week. It all plays on the screen you've already got: a smart TV, a projector, a laptop via HDMI, or a streaming stick.

Dead simple

How a night runs

Three steps between a quiet room and a full one. No tech in the room, no run sheet, no rehearsal.

01

Pick your game

Bingo, trivia, musical bingo or a raffle. It plays on the screen you've already got: a smart TV, or the projector behind the bar. The easy way in is a laptop with an HDMI lead, or a streaming stick.

02

Your crowd scans a code

Players join from their own phone in seconds. No app, no login. The join code sits on the big screen all night, so latecomers walk in and jump straight into the game.

03

You press go

You run the whole night from behind the bar, one tap at a time. When someone calls bingo, the win is already checked for you. You just confirm it and hand over the prize.

Less to set up, less to pack down

Any bar staff member

Whoever's on shift presses go. Calls, cards and winner checks are handled, so nobody needs a mic voice or a run sheet.

What you get

Everything to run the night

From the people who run the nights

Why we built it

We're Gflam Touring. We run bingo, live music and entertainment at venues across Australia, and we've seen what a good entertainment night does for a venue on a quiet night: a full room, a busy kitchen, regulars who come back next week. We've also wrestled the tools it takes to pull one off, and honestly, they're clunky. Paper books, a borrowed laptop, a different system for every game. So we built the platform we kept wishing every venue had: one system for the whole night, simple enough that any bar staff member can run it. That's VenuePlay.

Set up your venue

Add your card to get set up. Nothing is charged today. New venues get a free first month, then your first payment is one month later, and you can cancel any time before then.

For each venue, enter its postcode and the most players it would have in one game on a busy night, that venue's own number, not the group total. One card, one bill for the lot.

Enter your max players for a price estimate.

Set your usual max. If a night runs bigger, the extra players are added at the same per-player monthly rate, and your plan just grows to match what you use.

Secured by Stripe · first month free for new venues · cancel anytime before your first payment

Your spot is held

You're all set and your card's on file. Check your inbox, we've sent your login and a few quick setup steps. New venues get a free first month, then your first payment is one month later, and you can cancel any time before then.

Good to know

Questions

When can I start?
Right away. Sign up, get your free first month, and we'll help you get your first night running.
How much does it cost?
$3 per player a month, based on your venue's max players per session. Pay monthly, or save with annual at $2.85 a player. No setup fees, no packs to buy, no lock-in.
Do players need to download an app?
No. They scan a code and play straight from their phone's browser. No app, no login, no fuss, which means more of the room actually joins in.
What kind of venues is it for?
Pubs, clubs, bowls clubs and RSLs: anyone running a regular entertainment night, or wanting to start one. If you've got a screen and a crowd, you're set.
How does billing work?
A simple subscription priced per player, per month, based on your venue's max players per session. Pay monthly at $3 a player, or yearly for $2.85 a player. New venues get a free first month, then billing recurs at your rate. Cancel any time before your first payment and you are never charged.
What if more players turn up than my plan?
No surprises. Set your max to your usual room, and the screen flags the moment a night runs over it. Each player above your max is just $2 for that night, and you know that number from day one. If you go over twice in the same month, that's your new crowd, so from the next month we lift your max to match, which works out cheaper than paying per head every week. You can drop back to your average any time from your account, and we always email before your bill ever changes.
What do I need to run it?
A screen, an internet connection, and a way to get the display onto that screen: a smart TV with a browser, a streaming stick, or an HDMI cable from a laptop or tablet all work. Players bring their own phones. For a rock-solid night we'd point you toward a stick or a cable over wireless casting, since that doesn't lean on venue wifi.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in. It's a rolling subscription you can cancel anytime. Your rate stays the same for as long as you're with us, and if you cancel before your first payment, you're never charged.
What support do I get?
You get hands-on onboarding to get your first night running, plus ongoing support if anything comes up. The whole thing is built so your bar staff can run it without a tech in the room.
Can players win prizes?
Yep, you set the prizes, exactly like you do now. Bar tabs, meat trays, members jackpots, vouchers, whatever suits your venue. VenuePlay runs the game and calls the winners; the prizes are yours to decide.
Is players' data safe?
Players join with just a name, no account, no login, nothing they have to hand over. Anything captured is opt-in and handled under Australian privacy rules.
If I run trivia at different venues, do I keep the players' details?
No, and that's by design. A venue's player data belongs to that venue. If you run games at a venue you don't own, VenuePlay only ever collects a player's first and last name for the game itself: it can't switch on email, mobile, postcode or marketing opt-in, so there's no marketing list to take. Nothing is held on the side or handed over later. Each venue's opt-in players stay with that venue.
Who's behind it?
VenuePlay is built by Gflam Touring, who run bingo, live music and entertainment across Australia. It's the same show experience, built into a platform any venue can run.
